Review on Compass Cloud by Kenny Sarma

I like the easy navigation and how well it connects with our payroll system. I dislike how the search function on employee profiles is incredibly slow, and not very reliable. I feel this has to do with the way the site is designed. It doesn't seem to be able to make the best use of all the information that the system holds, so it may be slow. We are using Compass Cloud to provide our employees with the benefits they deserve. I like that it allows me to see all my employees in one place. It also has many different tools that are helpful when managing employees. There isn't anything i dislike about this program. I would recommend this product to any business looking for an easy way to manage their employees. I am able to track all of my employees in one place. I have been able to use the payroll feature to pay out lump sums to employees.
