Review on πŸ’¨ Lasko 2519 Gray 38-inch Wind Tower Fan with Remote Control and 3 Speeds by Lori Kramer

that it's a pretty good solution

This fan takes up very little space but moves the air very well. I bought a house that doesn't have ceiling fans, but the bedroom is on the second floor, and you really need it in the summer. Until I installed a ceiling fan, I used this tower fan. It's a bit noisy for sleeping, but it moves the air so effectively, especially when using the oscillation function, that it's a pretty good deal. I tried a box fan but it took up a lot more space and was just as loud if not louder. (I compare the lowest fan settings for each fan.) The timer feature is useful. I use it and the oscillation function every night. I don't think the ion function is effective. I've had 3 air colonizers and they usually have filters and pre-made panels that need to be changed or cleaned regularly. Because of this I don't think the ionic function actually works on this fan, but other than that the fan works as advertised. I saw another tower fan model from the same manufacturer at a local store and the price was about 20 percent higher so the Revain price was very good. I would recommend this fan and buy it again.
