Review on Talisma KnowledgeBase by Reid Rickerson

I liked that it was easy to navigate through knowledgebase articles without having to log in or register for an account. It's great when you need something quickly! Sometimes there is lag time between clicking topics/articles until they show up within my page view; this can be frustrating if your trying find answers in real-time (or close enough). However once found, its super helpful because then all of our questions are answered right away instead of waiting around at least 30 seconds before we get what we're looking for.
