The best thing about talima is its user-friendly interface which makes it easy to use for all users regardless of their experience level or technical knowledge in any system related field like CRM tools! There are no other options available when compared with this product so far as I know but then there might be some hidden features that we don't have access too yet? Knowledge Base Articles Are Easy To Find

I liked that it was easy to navigate through knowledgebase articles without having to log in or register for an account. It's great when you need something quickly! Sometimes there is lag time between clicking topics/articles until they show up within my page view; this can be frustrating if your trying find answers in real-time (or close enough). However once found, its super helpful because then all of our questions are answered right away instead of waiting around at least 30 seconds before…

I like that it has all of our knowledge bases in one place for easy access to information. So far there is nothing about this product that I dislike or do not know how to use yet! We are using Talisma as an internal tool to help with project documentation and tracking changes across multiple projects. It's been very helpful so far. The only thing we still have trouble figuring out sometimes is the best way to search through documents within each KB once they've been created. But other than…

Kforce is an easy to use and functional tool for our business needs

I love that you can search for information directly from within your KB! It makes it easy to find what we are looking fo r without having t o go through many steps of searching or going back an dforth between two different systems (KB & CRM). The ability is there but sometimes when clicking something in one screen does not always transfer over properly into another so be prepared! The Talisma KnowledgeBase is very easy to use and has a lot of features. It is very customizable. The system is very easy to use and it is very easy to add and delete fields. It is a very good knowledge base system. I don't like that the system is not on a cloud and that it is not mobile friendly.
