I received this on Dec 31, 2021. On day one I found the fitness bands are two different lengths. The fitness tracker, which I was excited to get, is very inaccurate. UPDATE: This has since been rectified by the manufacturer. The remote isn’t very responsive either and if you want to use at level 50 you have to press the speed button 50 times. It’s a lot quicker to just use the controls and the vibration platform itself. I have not tried the Bluetooth. That being said I have high hopes for the vibration platform. My husband is disabled and have read about the health and fitness benefits of these machines. I also plan to incorporate it into my workouts.
