UPDATE - 20.01.20 One of the tablets from Christmas just "broke". One day it didn't start. It was just a black screen. I wrote to the company and explained the situation. Although my 30 day return period has expired (it's been in my closet all December since I bought it before Christmas) they advise me to return it and fix it if they can. About a week later I received a message from Amazon that they refunded my money for the tablet. No contact with the company. I don't think it's a big deal, but an email explaining it would be ideal. I just received my new tablet and so far so good. It's not the same as the first 2 we ordered, although Amazon says I ordered the same unit twice. This one has a different screensaver and I had to download 20 games myself instead of installing them. Although this is not so important. Overall I would probably order again. These are great pills. I bought 2 for Christmas. Children are 6 and 7 years old. The games already installed are good for their age. Some are too young and the couple is a bit complicated. But overall it was nice to have the games already installed so we could decide which types they liked and didn't like. Some reviews said that the tablet froze because of all the games installed. We never had. Also downloaded a movie for a long trip and still no problems. The tablet comes with 2 types of chargers. One is 9mm and the other is a regular cell phone charger. Both 9mm chargers broke within the first week. Although that's my only complaint. As far as the first children's tablet is concerned, I am very satisfied.
