I bought it for my FRS, it fits well into the interior. I've watched a number of videos of people changing the lift/tailgate mechanism and decided that nothing, too much trouble. So I got this ball. When you first put it on it is a) backwards and b) high up. I used my dremel and router and reamed out the hole: you only drill out about an inch. I doubled. Adjusted to be fully tightened and pointing in the correct direction. Note; There is a white piece of plastic that you can still see when the tailgate is down: I used a sharp one and painted it black, looks perfect. TLDR: Super easy way to customize your car; but expect to work a little; it is not specifically designed for your vehicle.
