Installing the Raspberry Pi board was simple and straightforward. Turning on the fan didn't help. There is no mount point for it. The instructions say you plug it into the case, so I'm not sure if it's not spinning because it's being pushed too hard or because it's not connected to the correct pins. The case design itself isn't bad, but the case is clearly built around a product that already exists - a wireless keyboard. Inside the case is the entire underside of a standalone wireless keyboard. This also means you have to remove part of the bottom panel of the case and then also remove the battery cover to change the batteries. I would prefer to power the keyboard directly from the Pi to eliminate the need for batteries. Keyboard travel is decent, but you probably won't want to write a book about it. The touchpad works the same, but I will be using a desktop mouse with it. The only really annoying issue I had was that the keyboard wouldn't sync to the Pi when I turned it on until I cycle the keyboard, which is done by removing the cover on the top of the case and getting in the case. flip the switch If the keyboard had been automatically connected correctly, it would have received 4 starts. A thinner design and better keyboard feel would have earned it 5 stars. The price was way better than any other similar project, like the Pi-Top (which turns a Pi into a laptop for around $250-$300) or Amiga case rebuilds with Pi mounting points ($300-$350 for a complete system).
