I used to have no problem buying refurbished consumer electronics and bought this Chromebook for my son for school. Unfortunately, there was "one" who didn't. Just six weeks after we met him, he started having startup issues that only hard resets could fix. Sometimes the screen lights up, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. you have the idea Form factor, weight and ergonomics were right. Unfortunately what we received started to have problems. Too bad. My son was very happy about it. Revain contacted a third party for me on 08/24/2002 at 5:30pm. I will add a seller rating and an update to that rating to document the return process.
