Very good knowledge and assistance when it comes to troubleshooting

The customer support team is very knowledgeable about their product line as well all other products they provide for us in our network management department at this time! I have not found anything that we dislike specifically with how cyrusone has helped out so far but if there was one thing i could think off hand would be more control over routing protocols used within my environment (BGP).
We are solving problems related networking by implementing new equipment into networks where previously these issues were never addressed before now through use cases such infrastructure design/deployment projects etc..

Pros

The great customer support that i receive from CyrusOne as well as the great knowledge base of articles of information related to the product line and the solutions provided!

Cons

I do not dislike anything about the product line at this time so far and it has been very helpful in solving the problems that we experience within our network management environment
