Not as big as we would like.

In an ideal world, sponges would stand upright on the side like in the photo. But gravity gives the proverbial perfect world a firm finger. There's not much room for sponges to rest on my stomach (yes, they're tummy ok!), and I'm constantly picking them up off the sink or counter. Soap falls over because sponges bump into it. It's basically the adult version of watching dominoes fall. A little more room or a divider to keep the lips on the sides would be a welcome improvement.
