I'm giving this one star because zero is not an option. I'm not sure how this thing even got out of the factory, other than the total lack of quality control. It squeaked horribly when turned by hand, but there's no visible external damage that means anything inside, such as a cracked crack. B. defective bearings. Delivered yesterday, returned today.
