so i give this product 5 stars but really should have given it 3 stars. I did it because it's worth more to me than the stars. Then the goods arrived, but with a defect. The mirror goes up and down but doesn't tilt left and right. Found it after installing. But for a '99 car with over 240,000 miles and I'm the only one driving it, I don't care. The price is right. Also made some bolt adjustments.
