Great shoe but I received a used item when I was expecting a new one. No problem coming back with Prime.
Pictures show worn and worn items as received. Overall a great shoe but I was expecting to get a new piece, not a worn, worn and damaged one. Could have gone straight to Poshmark if I was interested in a previously worn out market.
