My RV had no outlets near the countertop, it just had one on the side of the counter, directly in the path of the main entrance door. Either leave plugs hanging out into the walkway or add an awkward extension bar with the same issue. This mounted just proud of the counter and locked in pretty tight. The only issue I have with it is that it has a 3-prong plug on the end so it needs to be plugged in. I added an extra wire from my existing outlet back to another outlet box with an outlet under the sink then plugged it in there. Great solution that SHOULD have been standard on an RV IMO.
