My height is 4 (top)/6 (bottom), 5'8" 140 lbs. Waist (belly) 27" (thighs) 32" (hips/carcass) 39 1/2" (bust) 34 sc. I ordered the small (I'm the heaviest. I usually weigh about 134 pounds and minus a few inches), and it was snug but ok. I was thinking medium but was scared that the bodice would be too loose, you may need to increase the size, I hope this helps.
