I think most people want this product to be able to connect with their phone/tablet. To do this, you need an HDMI lighting cable (not included). After purchasing this item ($25-$50 per cable), you can project your phone/tablet, but you CANNOT mirror the screen from Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. Almost all Steam apps allow screen mirroring. Essentially, the cable you buy becomes useless. Luckily I already have a FireTV so you can connect it directly to the projector. Which is good I guess. The "portable" argument for this product is silly because you have to plug it in, and if you're using FireTV you need a second outlet. The projector power cord is VERY short. I really wanted to be able to take it to the backyard and watch movies there. I can do it, but only because I have extension cords. So extension cords to connect a projector and FireTV are not that easy. You can also connect your laptop to a projector, but that defeats the purpose of a projector. If I had known all this was happening I probably would have skipped this purchase. Hope that helps.
