Looks like the original key fob works well but one is broken.
Ordered these for my 2012 Chevy Impala. I had to ask my local dealer to program them which was $90 a pair but they were the cheapest around. However, one works perfectly, programmed without problems. However, the second had a defect and the remote start button did not work. Considering how much cheaper they are compared to Chevy dealerships, I can live with the hassle.
