This is a great product for the money. They are a huge aesthetic upgrade, especially on a black car. They are very well made and use the best body tape from 3M. Clearly whoever had trouble gluing didn't clean the fender, remove dirt, oil, glue, etc. from the previous side marker. I recommend using isopropyl alcohol or Everclear (95% ethanol). Use a clean cloth dampened with alcohol and wipe the area clean. No need to dry, it evaporates quickly. Do not use brake cleaner or acetone as these will damage the paint and will destroy any plastic or rubber they come in contact with. Spare parts in everything Buy without hesitation, you will not regret it.
