It's getting hot in here and I work outside 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week. I have this fan in white around my neck. As you can see, it has a flexible neckline at the back so you can shape it however you like. Comes with 2 fans, 1 on each side. They are identical to laptop fans. This device has 3 settings and on the lowest setting it feels like a gentle breeze that you can mainly feel on your cheeks and a little closer to your neck. The noise level is similar to the noise of a laptop idling. Medium settings, the fan starts to work louder, but the breeze rises well enough. The sound begins to drown out the noise. At the highest setting, someone has to speak to be heard, and it's loud enough to drown out the audio. But mighty impetuous In general I am satisfied with the product. He does what he does.
