The highest setting is ideal for when those lightning strikes and no one sees you sweat because the fan looks like a pair of headphones around your neck. Ideal for mowing the lawn, going for a walk, drying your hair to keep your face and make-up dry and many other uses! At low to medium speeds you hardly hear the barrel, but it blows a lot of air. The highest setting is quiet for treble. We're excited about them. I'm glad each of us bought one, 4 stars for the comfort simply because it wraps around my neck so much and has to keep changing position while walking.

I wasn't expecting the conditioner to wrap around my neck but it just felt like warm and humid air was rushing to my face. I would almost prefer not to feel the hot breeze. Maybe it's just me and I know it's cheap but I won't keep it. Yes, and it still wobbles. It can be adjusted, but if you fasten it around your neck (then it blows right on your face). When you move even slightly (like walking), it opens wider around your neck. So you have to keep rebuilding.

Wow, I definitely feel special as I don't see a single soul in my entire city wearing one of these. These are amazing and I bought 2 because I have an autistic son who wants to floor walk about 10 miles every day and yes he is skinny! These works!
