Great double ball massage stick
my husband has a problem with his back. The pain seems to be coming from his large rhomboids. This works very well to get rid of knots. This is the first thing my husband tried and it helps a lot with the muscle pain he was having in that area. It is very light which makes it easy to carry and the ability to adjust the width is good as my husband has a wider than average back. My husband loves this wand and uses it every day now.
