I love this jump rope. I workout regularly, I am very short, and have used a number of different jump ropes, and have been using this one a couple of months and it is by far my favorite. This one has great balance, doesn't tangle, easily rotates and is a nice weight. The handles are comfortable. And one popped off the other day, but it had just become loose and easy to screw back on. O ly warning, if you jump rope with bare feet as I sometimes do, it will still if it catches your toes
