To be honest this comb isn't bad. However, when I felt my brother's sandalwood beard comb, I fell in love with him immediately. It was firm, durable, smelled amazing (because of the natural sandalwood smell), etc. However, this comb is nothing like my brothers. It's very light, which leads me to believe it can easily break if you're not careful (some of the reviews here actually show photos of a broken comb), and it seems to have some sort of transparent finish, which I don't like. So I think overall it's not a terrible hairbrush, but it's not a fantastic hairbrush either. If you like a lightweight, unscented comb then this is for you, but if you're like me and really enjoy the natural scents of woods like sandalwood, you might want to try a different comb. I bought a Peter's Beard brand comb and beard brush for less than $9 and I am very satisfied. And you have the option to just buy the comb separately for about $7, basically the same price as this Viking brand comb. Finally, I would like to say that I still have a Viking comb and I like it, but not 100%.
