Our 101 year old mother is doing very well with these hearing aids. The previous hearing aids purchased from a big box store was much more expensive and not nearly as effective as these. When we encountered a problem with one of the hearing aids, the Seller promptly offered to replace it. We later learned that replacing the sound tube solved the problem. We are happy with this purchase.
