Sturdy but very stiff

When I tried it on it was so tight to close that I was sure I had to reduce the width of the drawer a bit. nope The box fit perfectly. But to close that drawer, I literally shove it in the closet. Hopefully adding lube to the slides will help, but I'm not optimistic. In addition, it looks well made.
