Review on 💻 CKL Triple Monitor HDMI KVM Switch 2 Port: Audio, USB 2.0 HUB, 4K@30Hz - Mirrored/Extended Display for PCs & Laptops (CKL-923HUA) by Todd Lowry

I have two computers, each with 2 port displays. I tried several KVM switches (Connectpro, StarTech, SweetySun). ConnectPro and SweetySun were real KVMs with DisplayPort. The problem with ConnectPro and SweetySun is that both had a flashing screen. Annoying because you can't predict how long a blink will last and when it will happen. StarTech worked well, but you had to spend time rearranging your desktop every time you switched back to the PC, especially if you left the application screens open when you disconnected from the PC. This became annoying very quickly (and seems to be a known issue if you dig through user reviews). I've tried using adapters that convert the Displayport to HDMI and then to HDMI KVM. There were still similar problems. I was hesitant to try another product but I'm glad I did. So far this product has exceeded my expectations. I am using DP to HDMI adapters that support 4K 60Hz, high quality HDMI cables (48Gbps) and this device. it was almost just plug and play. It just works. I had to manually select the recommended resolution (3840 x 2160) for each monitor on each PC, but after that the product runs fine. If I had to say something it would be that it takes a second or two to switch between computers, but compared to blinking and rearranging desktops every time I happily wait.
