Ease of installation was my problem.
Couldn't get it to work on my computer. Went to tech support. They got access to my computer and couldn't get it to work. Then I wanted to buy something that supposedly would help! There were no more contacts. Block back to the box. Since I couldn't see if it improved my WiFi performance, I really can't rate the product.
