I have chronic sinusitis and was using way too much OTC decongestant spray. This has really helped the inflammation in my sinuses. I've been able to cut my use of the OTC sprays by about 80%. I've gone through one bottle and just started my second one.Update: I've reordered this several times and it is still helping me. I don't think it's quite as effective as it was initially. But it is still reducing my need for an OTC spray. I will continue to use it especially since it's all natural, not addictive and doesn't do any damage to my sinuses. One bottle usually lasts me several months. I only use it at night before bed as that is the only time I have congestion. My congestion is somehow positional to a certain degree.
