Incredible buy if you have an iPod and don't like clutter

Well I'll admit I was tempted to buy a car radio without a CD. I love CDs and I think the sound quality is better than playing a digital file every day, but in the end I went for it as I rarely use CDs in my car anyway and only use iPod (I have a slightly older model, an iPod with 60 GB of video). I liked this sound because it meant I didn't have to run cables to and from the stereo everywhere, everything would be nice and clean inside the unit. And that's exactly what it is. Beautiful, clean, beautiful and just great. Within minutes of playing around with the system and figuring out how to access one of my 60GB songs, I was completely in love with the idea of just using my iPod instead of messing around with CDs. It will revolutionize my driving experience! The sound quality is fantastic, much better than my standard system (2003 Honda Pilot) and all the features and settings available make it a really good choice. The remote control is good, although I can't yet say how often I will use it and not just reach for the device. Time will tell I think. However, it's nice to have as many buttons as possible. Bluetooth connectivity has never been easier with my Droid X. Within seconds my phone started making and receiving calls as soon as I got in and started the car. I can't say enough good things about this block. I don't know how to install car stereos but I helped my friend with this and after watching/helping him I'm sure it's very easy for anyone who has even the slightest knowledge of car stereo (a Must to get a wiring harness! The best $20 you will ever spend to make sure you can take care of all your connections from the OUTSIDE of the car without having to dig in the hole where the stereo goes). I wanted to help people decide whether or not to leave CDs in the past. As someone who was very reluctant to do just that and thought I would never give it up, do it. I really like it when my entire music catalog is available to me at all times and tucked away neatly in my device and I never have to worry about cables or connections. Enjoy!
