These 2-pin fans are perfect for discreet airflow in tight spaces. The thickness is 10mm, but you can make it even thinner with a little modification. I was able to fit mine into the 8mm gap by sanding the cage a bit. At full power, these fans aren't as loud as you'd expect, and there's no problem with noise. I'm very impressed with the amount of air they move. People have written about the fragility of fan blades, but I haven't seen anything to suggest they break easily. They appear to be very durable, just use common sense as they are flimsy! Definitely recommended for small ITX builds.
