I have small hands and I would say medium sized at best. The gloves fit perfectly, no problems putting them on. If you have really medium sized hands this should be fine. If you have big hands you might be able to dress them up, but this can help. They seem small for everyone, not just this brand or seller. I love these and the light powder. My hands are sweaty and the powder makes it easier to put on and helps a bit to keep my hands dry. The previous set was average and powder free and I was tired of struggling to put them on every time. This was mainly due to the size, as they were very narrow. Bottom line, buy a size larger than you think you really need and you'll be happy. I'll stick to powdered gloves from now on.
