I was in dire need of a new second monitor so despite the issue I'll share in a moment I'm happy with the purchase I made. That's because for the money I spent on it, it still suits my needs. It's VESA mountable, has internal speakers, can switch between two HDMI signals, and is said to play 4K at 60Hz. At the moment I only need it as a second monitor with good picture quality for work and light gaming. So that was good for me. BUT. Other potential buyers should be aware that they may have trouble displaying this monitor at 4k 60Hz as advertised. At first I thought it was the included HDMI cable as after my testing and some other reviews I thought it was an older version of HDMI, but when I replaced the cable with a newly purchased HDMI 2.1 cable I had no luck . I can only get 4K at 30Hz or 1080 at 60Hz. (However, this could just be a problem with my computer and not necessarily a monitor error. My computer is a Lenovo Yoga A940 (27) All-in-One) When I connected the monitor to my old Xbox One (yes, original 2013) shared me the console with that the frame rate will jump in all games that the console can handle, but that does not confirm that it will also work with the X series as advertised (unfortunately I do not have it yet because the damn scalpers) . I would therefore advise some caution when purchasing this monitor in the hopes that you can just plug it into anything and get it running at 4k 60 Hertz. Based on the other reviews I'm sure the monitor will handle it. But it might not be that easy to plug it in and get it working right away. As for the quality of work and games, the pictures are clear. It's the largest monitor I've ever owned, and it's nice to have plenty of room for different viewports or open applications. The monitor gets bright enough and seems to offer enough color contrast to not affect my perception in general when sitting by the window (note, though, that I'm not looking directly at the sun). I've waited over a month to write this review and so far I haven't had any issues with the monitor other than the ones I mentioned. So I love the monitor. However, this monitor might not be for you if you rely on a brief 4k 60Hz output as soon as you plug it in.
