Overall a great budget 4k monitor for productivity. Color looks good, built-in speakers are decent, inputs are acceptable (2 HDMI 2.0, 1 DP) with a USB 3.0 hub. The very smooth 1800 curve helps with the viewing angle. There is a PIP mode. Freesync compatible. Maybe a little lighter. The 100% brightness and 75% contrast version is fine for daytime viewing with a bright window nearby. No HDR. Limited to 60Hz at 4k and you only get that with DP.

Pros: Great for the performance for what I got it for. True 4k means text is crisp; 60Hz is nice and smooth; The 32-inch screen with a gentle curve fills the entire field of view without being too wide. Cons: Comes from a VERY accurate LG IPS monitor, color accuracy on this monitor is ok (biggest minus). HDR is useless. bad for gaming (poor refresh rate and input lag) but there are better monitors out there anyway if you're interested.

Good monitor for the price. But if you're used to using high quality monitors like UltraSharp, you'll be disappointed. But if you've used monitors with below-average video quality, then you'll love this monitor. Things to watch out for: Use high-resolution cables to get the most out of it, especially on Macs. Bought this monitor a few years ago. Recently the screen cracked due to my carelessness and I had to get another one. I thought to update that. I've tried several monitors, all from Dell, including the Dell S3422 Ultra Wide Curved Screen. But at nearly $500, the lower but wide screen didn't impress me. In the end I bought the S3221QS again. I bought the curved screen as a first timer and it changed my preference forever. Works great for PC and Apple. Make sure your USB-C connection/adapter is good as you may have connection issues. The screen is absolutely beautiful, makes up for 2 screens and well worth it!
