I've been using this service for many years now, it's really reliable! We are very satisfied with their support team too; they always answer our questions quickly without losing any time in doing so (even at odd hours!).

They also have some great tutorials about how things work or should be done when you're not sure of exactly what is going wrong sometimes - that saves us quite often from having troubles ourselves trying different ways until we find out which works best. Honestly nothing much else comes up as an issue here. It would definitely help if there were more storage options available but since these days even 512 GB SSDs aren't expensive anymore those shouldn't pose problems anyway? That does make sense though because once your website gets popular enough then RAM usage will start growing exponentially fast otherwise :) If someone has never used one before than go ahead firstly just try them all over again to see whether something better suits him/her personally instead ;) Make use of free trials.
