Keeps disconnecting

I tried replacing it thinking my first one might just be faulty but the problem has recurred. The screens I have connected to it lose signal completely a few times a day and the only way to keep them awake is to keep moving the windows. Mouse movements or normal activities do not turn off the screens. This is very frustrating as I am using it with a work laptop and it is interfering with my work.
