Original review: <always disconnected. Once it stayed connected, it couldn't read the disc. Tried to connect to different ports, the result is the same. Sending this back as it is basically a paperweight.>Edit>Contacted company and offered to send replacement free of charge. I initially declined this offer because I sent the goods back without giving a reason. They insisted, however, and I agreed to try the second disc. At first I didn't read the replacement, but I plugged it back in and it's been working stably ever since. although I've only played a few films with him. However, I have increased my rating from the original 1 star to 4 stars. Based on my experience with the first device, I'm not giving a star. However, I have to applaud the company for going above and beyond to keep the customer happy. and the second item performed significantly better than the first. Hopefully the people considering this as a purchase will take customer service into consideration and show a little more confidence in purchasing this device.
