Very disappointed, bad screen monitor delivered

I was really excited to get this brand new monitor but was very disappointed after unboxing and installing it. The monitor arrived with a damaged screen, although the box it came in was undamaged. I have since returned the monitor and am considering ordering another one, but I am suspicious of LG's quality control, which allows the product to leave the factory in this condition. Condition.
