I love my clapper - my new review

I don't care how silly these seem. I love my clapper. In my old place, my room was much bigger and so my floor lamp was always far away from my bed. I am, admittedly, an extremely lazy person. so maybe you won't mind hopping out of bed to turn your light off before crawling back into it. but why live that way? Why not stay nuzzled in your bed and clap that light off? I miss being able to use it, but in my new place my neighbor lives below me, and his bedroom is under mine - I would feel bad if I woke him with my night time clap off. Some things to consider when adjusting to a new and improved clapper lifestyle:Your clap game needs to be on point. You can't just pop off two little weak mutual hand taps. You need to clap with authority. Your claps need to be sharp, and you need to mean business.Adjust the sensitivity setting. If it's extremely sensitive and your clapper is right near where you hang out, you may drop something and the noise will turn the light off. This is an awkward moment for everyone. Test it out.Go ahead - buy it as an ironic joke. then enjoy the hell out of it.

Pros
  • I've slowed down, it's got my back.
Cons
  • The price may be too high for some consumers
