Service far exceeded expectations
I initially was unimpressed by this product. However, the company reached out to me and replaced it for my son when I told them his was poorly made. The replacement hasn’t had any of the issues the original had and appears to be much better made. The first must have just been a fluke. My son is very happy and I am impressed by how helpful and responsive the company has been.
