We ordered two of these chairs for our office. One was awesome. We received it in great condition, it works well and is comfortable. With the second chair there was only trouble. I returned it once because the handle was cracked and beyond repair. The replacement came, but with a cracked wheel. Thinking that maybe we'd be fine because it was a small crack and we didn't want to bother ourselves, we put together a chair. The hydraulic lever is totally useless and the chair gets stuck in the lowest position. This time the chair is being returned and we are not ordering a replacement. Now, out of three chairs, two have deteriorated. I won't play those odds a third time.
