Now I have 40 oz. I guess I don't know my ounces because they are more than I expected. It's heavy when it contains liquid, which I wasn't expecting either. I guess I don't know much about thermos flasks. BUT. However, I live in Phoenix, Arizona and the summers are terribly hot. Throughout the summer we need to drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated, so I sleep in the bath to save on travel. It's very well built. The top is wide enough to be filled with ice cubes. It also has a "button" that can be pressed to open the lid. If you really want this to be secure, it also has a metal bar that you snap into place. The mouthpiece is wide enough to hold a sufficient amount of liquid. And also. I put in water and ice cubes around 8am and at 5pm there were still ice cubes. This price is also unbeatable. Definitely worth buying.
