Not charging, stays on

I received a charger that doesn't appear to be charging the battery. I left my comment and the company took over! How often does this happen? This time the company contacted me and worked with me for several weeks to resolve the issue. The customer service is fantastic, they do everything they can to solve any problem you might have.
