The customer service is great! They truly care about helping you achieve success and will work hard to do so. Sometimes it can be difficult for technical support to understand what someone needs when they're not using software themselves (ie., if they just want help getting started). This makes communication more challenging at times. I recommend reaching out directly to the team whenever possible - they really value feedback from customers like us. We've been able to use this tool to increase our conversion rate by over 20% since implementing it last year. It's helped us improve internal processes as well.
