The construction is not very strong and due to a manufacturing error (the threads were not cut) the mounting box got stuck on one of the fasteners in the middle of the box. Have contacted the manufacturer and hope the replacement part will arrive soon. Drawers are a little tight. which can dissolve over time. Assembly took about 45 minutes. If you want to store hanging files in the bottom drawer, you will need to purchase a hanging file frame (about $10-20) as there are no attachments in the unit. Follow-up: Downgraded to two stars as there is no obvious way to get customer support. I will try to tap the threads on the pen blank with a die but am disappointed that I have to do it myself. If you buy it, you're apparently on your own. Next 2: Still no word on support. The drawer is actually smaller than a regular filing cabinet and doesn't slide out all the way. So when it's full, you have to remove items from the front to access items from the back. I would return the item at this point, but that would be more trouble than it's worth. I've found that the price has almost doubled since I bought it, making it easy to give it a one star rating - don't waste your money.
