The ease of use for both staff as well customer is amazing! It takes only few minutes (if that) before I can see all my pending reservation in one place without having multiple tabs open or going through several sites/apps etc..

Easy access information about guest's booking status at their fingertips makes life easier when it comes time to do any task related inn business like check-in / out process - everything are right there waiting!! Nothing much yet but looks pretty promising though. Great product overall from beginning till now so far very pleased by its service quality & performance! Amazingly easy interface once trained how things work!!
