I like that it's easy enough for us to use so we don't have to train new hires on how to do this stuff. We've been using enrigh since 2013 or 2014 if i'm not mistaken and they haven't changed much over time. It's pretty reliable but sometimes when you're trying to transcribe very short phone calls it will miss some words. If there are too many pauses then it won't work at all because it can't keep up with the speed of speech. This happens more often than i'd like. You'll need to try out different versions until you find one that works well for your needs. Our office has several doctors who each make their own notes and send them directly to our secretary as opposed to sending them through email which was clogging up my inbox way down the road.
