Great Service & Easy To Work With: Enright

I like that you can get a fast turn around on your transcription and that you can get a proof of completion that you can send over to the doctor. The price is so high compared to other services that I can't give a price for it, but I believe it is high. If you need an easy way to get your transcription done quickly, this is the place to go. I have used them for a few months now and they have never let me down. We have used them for medical transcription only. We have used them for transcription

  • Helpful knowledge base answers provided by staff members.
  • Easy accessability online via phone number OR chat function (for those more visual leaning people)
  • Great quality transcripts
  • Excellent pricing structure; great deals available sometimes..and also some not always!!! Always nice having choices though :)

This is exactly my business needs and requirements

The ease of use for our staff with this software as well as how easy it was to train them quickly! It's not what we were looking for but that wasn't their fault so I'd say go ahead anyway! We are using this product because there isn't anything else out there like this - yet. Our clients love having access to an electronic copy of every phone call they have ever made at any time while being able to share these documents electronically via email or Google Drive which saves us money by reducing…

Fast reliable service provided in many different ways

I like that it's very easy for me (as an independent contractor) as well other transcribers who do not work directly with customers or have direct contact w/customer files! It allows us all access & saves time when we are working together!! Sometimes there can be lag times during busy periods but this has been resolved by adding more people at our end of things so they don't get left out if someone else gets added first - which happens often because everyone wants their turn :) Easy software…

  • Very user friendly interface easy navigation between options available.
  • Great organization feature within dashboard section where everything is listed clearly including phone numbers..even those assigned randomly through calls placed via telephone number search function!!! You cannot go wrong here..all data entered correctly according product purchased ! Customer service agents responded

Great tool, great service!: Enright

I like that it's easy enough for us to use so we don't have to train new hires on how to do this stuff. We've been using enrigh since 2013 or 2014 if i'm not mistaken and they haven't changed much over time. It's pretty reliable but sometimes when you're trying to transcribe very short phone calls it will miss some words. If there are too many pauses then it won't work at all because it can't keep up with the speed of speech. This happens more often than i'd like. You'll need to try out…
