I like that you can get a fast turn around on your transcription and that you can get a proof of completion that you can send over to the doctor. The price is so high compared to other services that I can't give a price for it, but I believe it is high. If you need an easy way to get your transcription done quickly, this is the place to go. I have used them for a few months now and they have never let me down. We have used them for medical transcription only. We have used them for transcription of medical records and court records. They have a really good customer service and are easy to work with. They do a good job of getting you the transcript you need quickly. I like that they have been able handle my many requests for changes over time without any issues or problems! They're very knowledgeable about their product too which makes them easy going as well!! Sometimes it can be hard when you don't know what your options are with something but then again we've never had an issue here at all. Highly recommend this team if anyone's looking into purchasing anything from audio files through emails/documents etc - just go ahead. !
