I had the same problem with the case that others have reported: the case has cracked. Before I could send the kit back, this manufacturer contacted me. I replied and explained that the case was heavily hacked. They responded immediately by replacing the case. I can't think of anything better. To answer many questions about heat guns and hair dryers, hair dryers work well (not as fast as heat guns) when: 1) the hair dryer is at the right temperature (1500-1800 watts); 2) You hold the heat shrink area almost to the nozzle and constantly rotate the heat shrink area to spread the heat over the heat shrink tubing; and 3) you are not trying to heat the heat shrink tubing above a 2:1 ratio - it will become brittle or worse. I recommend this supplier for a good product and great customer service.
